LAVADEROS

Dating from the eighteenth century, Lavenderos is the site of an ancient spring and founding point of the city. Even today, you can observe people doing their laundry in the springs and on some days, it is a gathering place for artists.

LAS MONJAS

The dome was inspired by Les Invalides in Paris. It was completed in the first half of the nineteenth century under the direction of Dr. Atl. It consists of two parts — the first pair of columns with eight large windows that frame the structure and the upper level flanked by a small railing and small windows formeing a semicircular arch.

Casa Dragones, the former stables of the cavalry battalion Dragon, is a seventeenth-century building that was converted into a private home which is now the spiritual home of Casa Dragones Tequila.
