Jared Jiménez – Recontextualizing the Codex
Visual artist who fuses Indigenous codex imagery with contemporary expression.
His immersive workshop includes live sound using traditional pre-Hispanic instruments.
Historic Culinary Journey
Following the workshops, guests will enjoy a networking space followed by a dinner rich in history and tradition, curated by Chef Iván Yépez of Cantera Diez. The menu is inspired by the gastronomic and historical wealth of Michoacán:
