Vicente Torres, Michelin star chef, joins the Moxi team presenting a haute cuisine concept with Mediterranean touches.

The inspiration for the Moxi menu comes from the environment, from the small producers who for me are artisans and a fundamental part of our team. I’m inspired by the organic gardens, their colors and aromas.

I like to define the type of cuisine as a product cuisine with Mediterranean touches. We seek out the best local products to provide a unique experience for our guests in the charming ambiance of Moxi.”
