The inspiration for Moxi’s menu comes from the environment, from the small producers who, to me, are artisans and a fundamental part of our team. From organic gardens, their colors, and aromas. I like to define our cuisine as product-driven, with Mediterranean touches. We strive to source the best ingredients to offer the best experience to our diners, allowing them to enjoy it in a unique setting like Moxi.
